Description

Recipe:Wash rice, strain from water,add salt to taste, allspice, nutmeg, a dash of ground cloves. Blend well, add ground beef, mix and stuff duck, sew opening with needle and thread. Roast in oven, adding water until duck is tender. Serve as is or add any of the following vegetables: stuffed potatoes cooked together with duck, arrange them around duck in roaster. Mushrooms, if canned, 10 min before serving, if fresh, when duck is half done. You can also add dried apricots when duck is half way done.
