KALACKEL ROAST
AVERAGE 2.5-3 LB ROAST
Cook on top of stove. Sautee onions, garlic, sliced mushrooms in pan. Add 1/2 glass water, one can tomato sauce, 1/2 glass wine you can drink (not cooking wine). Put all ingredients on top of meat after you slice and brown meat and simmer 1-1/2 hours.
