Ing.: ground beef, ground rice, spices. - For special order we can make with matzah meal, not rice - MUSHROOMS WITH KIBE: 1 lb fresh mushrooms or 1 lb canned mushrooms, spice, salt, 2 tbs oil, 20 kibe balls. If you are using fresh mushrooms you do not need water; if you are using canned mushrooms use the liquid from the can. Wash and clean fresh mushrooms and place in a saucepan adding the salt, spices and the fried kibe balls. If using fresh mushrooms simmer 30 min or until mushrooms are tender. If canned mushrooms are used add to pan together with kibe and simmer for 10 min.
