1 SPANISH ONION SLICED TO RINGS
1 JAR MEE TU GARLIC SAUCE (YELLOW LABEL)
4-6 LARGE RED POTATOS
1/2 CUP WATER
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 PINCH SALT
1. ONION PLACE UNDER ROAST IN A ROASTER
2. SLICE POTATOES INTO LONG BIG WEDGES
3. COMBINE ALL ING. IN JAR AND SHAKE
4. POUR OVER ROAST
5. BAKE IN THE OVEN ON 350-375 2-1/2 HRS
6. ALLOW TO COOL, SLICE AGAINST THE GRAIN
