Stuffed filet of sole recipe: 4 slcs filet of sole, 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach, 4 tbs. ground muenster cheese, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 teas. oregano, juice of half a lemon, 4 tbs. melted butter, 2tbs. tomato sauce. Add the oregano, open filet, put a tablespoon of spinach and cheese mixture in center. Roll and fasten with toothpick. Arrange in baking tray, pour the rest of butter, tomato sauce, lemon juice and bake in 300 degree oven, until fish is tender. Keep tray covered.
