RIB ROAST
THIS ROAST COMES 2-7 BONES
AND EACH BONE IS APPROX. 2-2.25 LB
DO NOT COVER IN THE OVEN!!!
Place in pan on top of 3/4" sliced onions. Mix in cup: water, black pepper and onion soup mix. Pour on top of roast. Bake at 350 degrees, (22 minutes/lb. for medium rare, 20 minutes/lb for rare). Roast bones up for 1/2 time, then turn roast for remainder of time.
