2 TSP SALT - 5 OZ ORANGE JUICE
1/2 CUP BEEF STOCK - 4 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 CUP KETCHUP - 1/3 CUP APPLE CIDER -
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED-1 STALK CELERY CHOPPED
1 LARGE CARROT CHOPPED
1. PREHEAT OVEN 250'
2. SEAR BRISKET IN A LARGE PAN OVER STOVE IN OLIVE OIL
3. IN THE SAME LARGE PAN (OR POT) PUT IN FLOUR STIR 'TILL DISSOLVED
4. ADD CHOPPED VEGTABLES COOK ON STOVE HIGH FLAME ADD VINEGAR AND ALL
ING. BRING TO BOIL.
5. TURN DOWN TO SIMMER
6. PLACE IN 9X13 PAN AND BAKE FOR 2 1/2-3 HOURS
