Max size for this roast is around 2.5lb. Marinade apx 2 hours in marinade of your choice (spare rib garlic sauce, a hint of Terriyaki sauce, or fresh garlic, black pepper rub) Add water (1/2 cup) and bake at 350 degrees, (30 minutes/lb) Slice the long way (against the grain).
